User e842883f1e docs: PLAN.md- und Daily-Log-Konvention um Pflicht-Sektion "Lessons Learned" erweitert ... Beide Doku-Formate (projektweites PLAN.md, tägliches Daily Log) brauchen künftig immer eine gepflegte Lessons-Learned-Sektion statt nur einer Bug-/Feature-Chronik — im Daily Log immer als letzte Sektion des Eintrags.
